It started with a Whisper

So, my fiancee and I had this amazing 3/4 black lab, 1/4 poodle pup named Whisper.  We got her in October when she was 3 months old and on Tuesday we decided to give her away because our apartment is too small and he was gone too much to enjoy her (we got Whisper for him and he works 9hr days 5 days a week).  I had no idea how to train her and he wasn't around to do it.  We loved her very much but it had to happen.  I guess I didn't think I would miss her so much, but I do.  I miss her cuddles, her playfulness and even how I had to stop her from chasing my cat, Nalo, and how I had to keep the blinds down so she wouldn't bark at movement outside.  I will always love my Whisper.

I love movies

So, I am a huge movie buff.  I have a movie collection, Hulu plus, Netflix and cable so I have access to thousands of movies and television episodes.  I also want to go into journalism that ties in with television and video games.  With that being said, I just recently watched a movie that is about 5 years old but is worth watching if you have not yet.  It is called Inkheart.  It is about books being brought to life by speaking the words.  It is all about the power of the written word and I really like that.  I am actually in the middle of the movie currently and just couldn't wait to suggest it.  I love recommending movies so I if you need a recommendation, give me some of your interests and I can probably come up with something.  Have a nice day.

Sliquid

I went to Walgreens yesterday and got something similar to Silly Putty.  It is called Sliquid, cost me about $2 and was fun to play with.

Laundromat

So, I am have been living without my parents for about a year and a half now and I must admit I quite enjoy it, but I must do things I don't enjoy, like going to the laundromat.  They take forever and sometimes are crowded, but I must admit that there are interesting people there and it got my brain whirling with characters for a possible story.  I guess my point is, when you have to do something you don't enjoy, make the best of it.  Take pictures, write down things you notice.  Just do something that makes it better.
